Scaling customer support has always been binary: either you hire a full-time agent (expensive, slow to onboard) or you leave conversations unattended (expensive in a different way). The Kerabie VA Marketplace changes that.
What is the VA Marketplace?
The VA Marketplace is a pool of pre-vetted virtual assistants who specialize in customer support. You can hire them directly from your Kerabie dashboard — hourly, for specific projects, or on an ongoing basis.
When hired, a VA is added to your Kerabie workspace as a chat agent. They respond to conversations just like an in-house agent would, using your knowledge base, quick replies, and AI suggestions.
Who are the VAs?
Every VA on the marketplace goes through:
- Identity verification (government ID)
- Communication skills assessment
- Tool proficiency check (Kerabie, Google Workspace, basic CRM)
They're rated by previous hirers after every engagement. You can filter by:
- Skills (e-commerce, SaaS, fintech, healthcare)
- Languages spoken
- Hourly rate
- Rating
- Availability
How billing works
You agree on an hourly rate with the VA. Work is logged daily — you approve each day before payment is released. Funds are held in escrow and released on approval.
If there's a dispute, Kerabie mediates.
When to use the VA Marketplace
- Product launch — suddenly 5x conversation volume for 2 weeks
- Holiday cover — your team is out, support can't go dark
- Overnight coverage — 24/7 support without night shifts
- Specialised support — a VA who speaks Portuguese for your Brazilian expansion
Getting started
- Go to Marketplace in your Kerabie dashboard
- Browse or search VAs by skill and availability
- Start a pre-hire conversation to ask questions
- Send a hire request
- On acceptance, they're in your workspace and ready to go
