What it is
The Kerabie React Native SDK (react-native-kerabie-helpdesk on npm) adds a customisable chat UI to any iOS or Android app built with React Native, Expo managed or bare. It shows your campaigns, supports push notifications, and tells your agents which app and version a customer is on.

Drop-in chat UI
A provider and a floating button give you a full conversation screen, themeable with your colours and fonts.
App and version context
appName and appVersion appear in the conversation so agents know exactly what the customer is running.
Campaigns in your app
Proactive messages you create in the dashboard appear above the launcher, matched to the current screen.
Push notifications
Expo push support with the Android channel set up for you.
Identify your users
Pass name, email and your own user id so conversations attach to the right contact.
