| Widget Key | Required: links the plugin to your Kerabie account |
| Show on pages | All pages, or specific page IDs |
| Hide for logged-out users | Optional: only show to authenticated WP users |
| Pass user data | If enabled, passes the logged-in WP user's name and email to Kerabie automatically |
Passing user identity (optional)

Troubleshooting
Widget not appearing:
- Check that your Widget Key is correct (no extra spaces)
- Ensure another plugin isn't blocking script loading (e.g. cookie consent or caching plugins; add
cdn.kerabie.comto the allowlist) - Try disabling other plugins temporarily to check for conflicts
Caching plugins: After installing, clear your cache in WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or your hosting provider's cache dashboard.
