Questions

Which devices does the Kerabie app support?

The Kerabie app is available for iOS and Android phones. You can also use the full dashboard in any web browser.

Can I sign into more than one Kerabie account on my phone?

Yes. The app signs into several accounts and organisations at once, and you switch between them without logging out.

What happens when I tap a notification for a different account?

Every push notification carries the organisation it belongs to, so the app switches to that account first and then opens the conversation.

Is the web dashboard different from the app?

Both use the same account and the same inbox. The app is built for replying on the move; the web dashboard is better for settings, analytics and long sessions.
