How do I invite my team?

Last updated 29 October 2026 · 12 views

You can invite as many agents as your plan allows directly from the dashboard. Agents receive an email invitation and can join immediately without needing to create a separate account if they already have one.

Step-by-step

1.Go to Settings → Team & Agents.
2.Click the Invite agent button in the top-right.
3.Enter the agent's email address.
4.Select their access level: Agent (default) or Admin.
5.Click Send invitation.

The agent receives an email with a magic link. When they click it:

•If they already have a Kerabie account, they are added to your organisation immediately.
•If they don't have an account, they are taken through a quick signup first (name + password only — no extra verification needed).

Access levels explained

| Feature | Agent | Admin |

|---|---|---|

| View and reply to conversations | Yes | Yes |

| See visitor information | Yes | Yes |

| Assign conversations | Yes | Yes |

| Manage automations | No | Yes |

| Change widget settings | No | Yes |

| Manage billing | No | Yes |

| Invite / remove agents | No | Yes |

| Access analytics | Limited | Full |

Managing existing agents

From Settings → Team & Agents you can:

•Change access level — click the agent's row and select a new role.
•Resend invitation — if an agent hasn't accepted after 48 hours, click Resend.
•Remove an agent — click the three-dot menu → Remove. They immediately lose access but their past messages and conversations remain visible.

Plan limits

| Plan | Agent seats |

|---|---|

| Free | 3 |

| Basic | 10 |

| Pro | 25 |

| Enterprise | Unlimited |

If you reach your seat limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or remove an existing agent before inviting a new one.

Agents across multiple organisations

One Kerabie account can belong to multiple organisations. If an agent is already part of another org, the invitation simply adds them to yours — they use the organisation switcher in the top-left to switch between workspaces.

Tips

•Send invitations before going live so agents can familiarise themselves with the dashboard.
•Set up your office hours and automatic assignment rules before inviting agents — this ensures new conversations are routed correctly from the start.
•Consider making at least two admins in case the primary account owner is unavailable.
