Delete your Kerabie account

In the Kerabie app

1. Open Settings and go to the Security tab.
2. Under Danger zone, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password (leave it empty if you sign in with Google or Apple), type DELETE and confirm.

On the web

1. Sign in at kerabie.com and open Settings → Security.
2. Choose Delete my account, then confirm.

If a workspace you own still has teammates, remove them first: deleting your account also deletes that workspace. Can't sign in? Email support@kerabie.com from the address you registered with and we will delete the account for you.

Deleting in the app or on the web takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are completed within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep (conversations, contacts, knowledge base) from the dashboard first. Any active subscription should be cancelled first: for purchases made in the App Store or Google Play, cancel in your store account settings.

Deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, avatar and sign-in credentials
• Your devices' push notification registrations
• Workspaces you own, with their conversations, contacts, files, knowledge base and settings

Kept by others

Kerabie keeps nothing from a deleted account. Payment providers (Apple, Google, Paystack and Flutterwave) keep their own records of payments you made through them, under their own policies.
