Visitors
See who is on your site in real time and start conversations proactively.
The Visitors view shows every person currently on your site with the Kerabie widget loaded, in real time. You can see what page they're on, how long they've been there, and start a conversation with them before they ask.
Accessing the Visitors view
Click Visitors in the sidebar. The list updates live, new visitors appear as they land and drop off as they leave.
What you can see per visitor

| Page | The current page URL the visitor is on |
| Time on site | How long they've been on your site this session |
| Location | Country and city (from IP geolocation) |
| Device | Browser and operating system |
| Visit count | Total number of times they've visited |
| Last seen | When they were last on your site |
| Name / Email | If they've identified themselves or started a conversation before |
Starting a conversation
Click any visitor in the list, then click Start conversation. A message appears in the widget on their screen, exactly like a proactive message. If they reply, it becomes a live conversation in your inbox.
Identified vs anonymous visitors
- Anonymous: visitor has not provided their name or email yet; shown as "Visitor #1234"
- Identified: visitor has sent a message, filled in the pre-chat form, or been identified via the widget SDK
Once a visitor is identified, all their sessions are linked and shown in their Contact profile.
Filtering the list
Filter visitors by:
- Current page URL
- Country
- Device type
- Visit count (e.g. returning visitors only)
- Has/has not started a conversation
