Goals boards
Kanban boards for your team's goals, response targets and onboarding.
Goals are kanban boards your whole team can see. Use them to track response-time targets, plan a quarter, or walk a new agent through their first three weeks.
Start from a template
Click New board and choose a starting point:
| Template | What you get |
|---|---|
| Response goals | Ideas, Targets, In progress and Achieved, with example targets such as "First reply within 2 minutes" |
| New agent onboarding | Week 1, Week 2, Week 3 and Done, with a starter checklist for each week |
| Blank board | To do, In progress and Done |
You can rename the board and change its columns at any time.
Cards
Each card has a title, optional details, an assignee and a due date. Everyone on the team can add, edit and move cards.
- Web: drag a card to another column, or to a spot within a column.
- Mobile app: open the card and pick a column under Move to.
- Due dates turn amber when they are two days away and red once overdue. Finished cards never alarm.
- You can delete a card you created. Managers can delete any card.
Columns
Managers can add, rename, reorder and delete columns (up to 12 per board). Mark one column as Cards here count as done: a card moved into it is marked complete, and the board's progress bar counts it. Deleting a column deletes its cards.
