Custom integrations
Use the REST API and Webhooks to build any integration not listed above. The API gives you full read/write access to conversations, visitors, agents, and knowledge base content.
Managing integrations
All active integrations are visible under Settings → Integrations in your dashboard. From there you can:
- Generate and revoke API keys
- Create and manage webhook endpoints
- Configure allowed widget domains
