Install on WordPress
Add Kerabie to WordPress in under 2 minutes; no code required.
Install the plugin
Download or search
In WP Admin go to Plugins → Add New and search "Kerabie Live Chat", or download the ZIP from kerabie.com/integrations/wordpress.
Activate
Click Install Now then Activate.
Enter your Widget Key
Go to WP Admin → Kerabie → Settings. Paste your Widget Key (from Kerabie dashboard → Settings → Widget).
Save
Click Save Settings. The chat bubble appears on your site immediately.
Features
- Automatic user identity: when a WordPress user is logged in, their name and email are passed to the widget automatically. Agents see who they're talking to without asking.
- Page targeting: choose which pages show the widget (all pages, specific pages, or post types).
- Color and position: configure widget appearance directly in WP Admin.
- Branding toggle: hide "Powered by Kerabie" on Pro plan.
Passing custom data
For WooCommerce or membership sites, you can extend the plugin to pass extra data:
