Invite Your First Agent
Add team members to your Kerabie workspace.
Invite an agent
- Go to Settings → Agents → Invite agent
- Enter their email address
- Choose their role: Agent or Admin
- Click Send invite
They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they don't have a Kerabie account yet, they'll be prompted to create one.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Agent | View and reply to conversations, manage their own settings |
| Admin | Everything agents can do + invite agents, change widget settings, view billing |
