Changing a role
- Go to Settings → Agents
- Click the agent's name
- Change the Role dropdown to Agent or Admin
- Save
The change takes effect on the agent's next page load.
Owner
The workspace owner is the user who created the organisation. The owner cannot be demoted to Agent and cannot be removed by other admins. Only the owner can delete the workspace entirely.
To transfer ownership, contact support.
Multiple admins
You can have as many admins as needed; there is no limit on admin seats. It's good practice to have at least two admins so the workspace is never locked if one person leaves.
